At Nail Monster we strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery service.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the total weight and size of your order.

RETURNS

The possibility of return is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you an exchange or refund.

Only unused items that are in the same condition that you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned. This applies to items with a limited shelf life, such as opened and/or used products.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* gift cards
* downloadable software products
* some health and personal hygiene products
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain cases only a part of the price will be refunded: (if applicable)
* Products that have clearly been used
* Nail polishes, accessories and tools whose packaging has been opened
* Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts, and where this is not our fault
* items that are not returned within a period of 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you an email confirmation of receipt. We will also notify you whether we have approved or denied your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
If necessary, contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is visible.
If that is not the problem, contact your bank. Often it takes time to process a refund.
If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@nailmonster.nl.
Discounted items (if applicable)
Refunds cannot be given for discounted items.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email info@nailmonster.nl and send the item to Hoge Zand 39, 's-Gravenhage, Zuid-Holland, 2512EL.

Gifts
If the item was purchased specifically as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift certificate once we receive the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the giver first received the item and only then gave it to you, we will refund the item to the person who gave it to you and that person will be notified that you have returned it.
Dispatch
To return your item, you must send it to Hoge Zand 39, The Hague, South Holland, 2512EL.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How long it takes for a replacement item to get to you depends on your location.

If you are sending us an item valued over €75, please consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
