Wrong Address

If the address provided in the order is incorrect or incomplete and the package is undeliverable, we are not responsible for the redelivery fee. In such cases:

Redelivery to Correct Address: If you would like your parcel redelivered to the correct address, please contact us at info@nailmonster.nl. We will send you an invoice covering the additional shipping fee, which must be paid before the parcel is resent.
Return and Refund: If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address and you do not wish to have it redelivered, we will refund the product cost minus the original and return shipping fees. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Lost Goods

In the unfortunate event that a customer's order is confirmed as lost during transit, Nail Monster is committed to resolving the matter promptly. Our lost goods policy is as follows:

Reporting Lost Goods:

Customers must report any order believed to be lost in transit to Nail Monster within 15 days of the expected delivery date. Please contact us at info@nailmonster.nl to initiate the investigation process.

Investigation Process:

Nail Monster will investigate the lost shipment, which may include tracking the package, communicating with the shipping carrier, and reviewing delivery records.

Resolution Options:

If it is determined that the package is lost and cannot be located, customers will have the following options:
A full refund for the lost items (excluding the shipping costs paid).
A replacement of the lost items, if available.

Communication:

Nail Monster will maintain open and transparent communication with the customer throughout the investigation and resolution process. Customers will be informed of the outcome and the chosen resolution.

Please note that Nail Monster cannot be held liable for lost goods once they have been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer. We recommend ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.
